I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the beautiful Val di Fassa and had a wonderful time. The hotel was well-maintained and had a charming ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room, with a spacious balcony offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options including homemade pastries and organic products. The hotel's location, close to the center and within easy reach of the ski lifts, was incredibly convenient. I was extremely satisfied with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

Breakfast and dinner were (very) good, rooms were clean, sauna and turkish bath were very enjoyable.
No wifi working in this hotel, although the site claims wifi.

They claimed some rooms prepaid for dinner to entice us all to stay. When I booked at bookings .com there were no dinners requested. When we checked out they pretended their Visa charge machine wasn't working so we had to go to the bank to get cash! Food was OK , nothing special. Cannot recommend this one!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vigo di Fassa and had a wonderful experience. the staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to assist us and their service was truly exceptional. Another highlight of our stay was the comfort of the rooms. The double bed was spacious and the large balcony offered a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. It was a perfect way to start each day.
There was nothing that I believe could have been improved at this hotel. Everything was top-notch and exceeded my expectations.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the owners are very nice people. There is a great kids room on the main floor that my son LOVED. The food was amazing. The cable car is a two minute walk from the hotel and at the top there is a great kinderpark for the kids. We would love to go back.

Amazing food, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. the hotel is in a great location, with a cable car only a short walk away and easy access to various mountain activities. the spa is a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.
Breakfast could be improved with more hot food options.

Paola & the hotel staff were excellent, working very hard to take good care of the many guests. We were in the area for the annual Marcialonga ski race, and the hotel was filled with other ski racers. The staff was very helpful & accommodating - providing an early breakfast & answering myriad questions posed by people of many different nationalities. The hotel's location is excellent - near the bus to/from Bolzano and a ski-bus stop, near shops, restaurants & other hotels. Located on the hillside in Vigo di Fassa, the hotel sits in a spot that gets plenty of sun.

Really good, helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, nice decorated rooms (although in a triple room the third bed was very small).
Breakfast starts too late (at 7.30) for those who want to ski early morning in Predazzo (30 min by car, ski lift starts at 8.15) or in Campitello (30 min by car, connected with Sellaronda) Even though we had a half-board the hotel wanted to charge us extra for New Year's Eve dinner (30 eur p/p). As there was no information when booking, after the short altercation they gave up.
